It says waterproof on the label and this shoe is absolutely waterproof. I was surprised by waves - my feet stayed dry. Stepped into deep puddles in the forest - apart from my trousers, nothing on my feet was wet.

It can also withstand snow, as I experienced yesterday with the sudden onset of winter, as well as heavy rain in summer. Great shoe with more slip resistance than other barefoot shoes and a low weight, perfect for long hikes. A purchase that was well worth it!

QUINTIC: Super

I've been wearing these shoes all winter. Especially for walking the dog. No more cold feet, water doesn't get in either!

But the best thing is: no more back pain! The foot has room in the shoe and nothing pinches or rubs, with or without socks. The sole hasn't shown any wear yet, even though the paths here are very stony. The zip is very helpful when putting them on. I can only recommend the shoe.

I've had the shoe for six months. After a few failures with barefoot shoes, I was sceptical, but this shoe has not disappointed.

I walk about 10 kilometres with my dogs every day. Wind, weather, cold, snow. The shoe has lasted the whole winter and really coped with all weathers. And it still looks really good. The tread lasts, it is absolutely waterproof and even the cold and snow can't harm it.

I've rarely been so impressed. Worth every cent.
