Payment.
Shipping conditions Germany:
Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)
Germany: 3.90 euros
Shipping conditions abroad:
Europe (EU): 7.90 euros
World: from 15.90 euros
Switzerland, Great Britain, non-EU countries: any customs fees are to be borne by the buyer
Delivery periods:
Insofar as no other period is specified in the article description, the goods are delivered in Germany within 2 days, at Foreign deliveries within 3-5 days after confirmation of the order (if you have an agreed advance payment according to the time of your payment instruction).
Note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we send the goods in a common shipment if we have not made any different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined according to the article with the longest delivery time you ordered.
Terms of payment
If you deliver within Germany, you have the following payment options:
- prepayment by bank transfer
- Payment by direct debit (direct debit)
- Payment by PayPal
If you deliver abroad, you have the following payment options:
- Payment by PayPal
- prepayment by bank transfer
When paying by direct debit (direct debit), revoke us to collect the invoice amount from the specified account.
The bank receipt takes place when the contract is concluded. Please note that the shoes are only sent when you get into the bank when receipt of payment. This can be delayed due to public holidays/weekends.
We do not take over fees for transfers from abroad. When making your foreign transfer, please make sure that the invoice amount is entirely received by us (Our-Seepa).
