Is there a customer loyalty discount?

We are, of course, very happy when customers regularly buy shoes from us or have several pairs of ZAQQ shoes. This testifies to the quality and design of our shoes. However, quality from Germany also has its price. Therefore, we cannot offer discounts for individual shoes. In our online shop, however, you will regularly find shoes at reduced prices.

How will the money be refunded?

If we need to process a refund for you, please let us know your preferred method of payment. As a rule, money is refunded in the same way it was paid to us. This means that if you have paid by PayPal, for example, then you will also receive your refund to your PayPal account.

Can VAT be refunded, e.g. for delivery to Switzerland?

We do not charge value added tax (VAT) for deliveries to Switzerland - the same applies to deliveries outside the European Union.

Unfortunately, we do not offer the VAT refund service for customers whose order was delivered to Germany and then transferred to a third country.
