ZAQQ writes 'service' in bold! If you're not satisfied with the goods we've sent you, you can return your items for a refund.
20 days return policy
Please note that you can return your shoes to us within 20 days and that we can only take back unused items. For this reason we recommend trying on and testing our shoes on soft surfaces (such as carpeted floors). Be sure to leave labels attached to the shoes and not to soil the items.
How do I send goods back?
With the order you'll receive a return form which details the returns process. If you want to return an item or exchange it for another item in a different size or colour etc., just note this on your shipping form and we'll take care of the rest. Please place the ZAQQ shoes in the original packaging in which we sent you the article. Next, put the original packed article into the shipping box with the completed return slip. Please place the return sticker on the shipping carton. If you use the ZAQQ carton, please ensure that the label with your address is no longer visible. Please remove it completely before shipping or cover it with the return label.
Unfortunately, we cannot assume the costs of a reshipment from countries other than Germany. In this case, the customer bears the costs of the return.
How do I get my refund?
Once the return has been received and checked, we will refund your payment. Depending on the payment method, you'll receive: For advance payments, direct debits and Sofort transfers, a bank account credit. For PayPal payments, a credit to your PayPal account. Whether the amount remains on your PayPal balance for another purchase or returns to your bank account depends on your PayPal settings. We have no influence over this. The refund will be made within a few days of receiving the return.
