The idea behind ZAQQ

Behind everyone ZAQQ Schuh is about people, ideas and the desire to do better.

What seems self-evident today began with a simple realization: finding truly suitable products is often more difficult than expected. Too uncomfortable, too bulky, not well thought out. Something was almost always wrong.

This feeling was exactly our starting point.

So we stopped looking and started developing ourselves.
With the claim, no compromises to enter. With the courage to take everything into your own hands, from the first draft to the finished production. Because this is the only way to create something that you can really stand behind.
From this attitude is ZAQQ emerged.

Craftsmanship, precision and design united in every single shoe, made in Germany, with the aim of creating something special.

The team

The people behind ZAQQ

ZAQQ is not just a brand. Behind every shoe is a team with experience, passion and the desire to get the best out of every detail.

Matthias is a business graduate and ZAQQ Founder. He studied international management and business administration at the Dublin Institute of Technology and at the University of Leipzig. Together with Michael, he develops the shoe models and organizes purchasing and marketing.

Andre is a graduate in business administration and ZAQQ Founder. He studied commercial management at the Worms University of Applied Sciences and industrial engineering at the TU Dresden. He is responsible for the production processes, quality controls and our heavy equipment.

Christiane is a qualified librarian and qualified business informatics specialist. She takes care of customer inquiries with a lot of heart, manages order processing and shipping and is the right contact person for all questions about our shoes.

Helena is a master shaft stepper and has learned shoe production from scratch. With a lot of professional experience, craftsmanship and a strong team in production, she sews ours ZAQQ Shoes quickly and in perfect quality.

Andrew is our IT expert and takes care of the administration and further development of our online shop.

Michael is a trained graphic designer. What began as completely new territory became the basis of our characteristic shoe models and soles through many designs, a lot of patience and constant perfection.
