Return and revocation
ZAQQ Service writes very big! If you are not satisfied with the goods we have sent, you have the opportunity to return your ordered items.
30 days of right of return
Please note that you can send your shoes back to us within 30 days and that we can only withdraw unused articles. We therefore recommend trying and checking shoes on a soft surface (e.g. carpet). Please make sure not to remove labels attached to the shoes and not to stem the items. Please put them ZAQQ Shoes in the original packaging in which we sent you the article. In the next step, please put the original packed article and the completed return slip in the shipping box. Of course you can do that for this ZAQQ - Use cardboard.
How do I send goods back?
If you want to return an article or exchange them for another article in a different size or color etc., you can easily note it and we take care of the rest.
Please glue the return sticker on the shipping box. If you ZAQQ-Carton uses, please make sure that the label with which we have sent your order can no longer be seen. So take it completely before shipping or please overlap it with the return sticker.

At a full return (regardless of the choice of the shipping service provider or use of our return portal) we draw a reimbursement amount from the reimbursement amount Expression of EUR 3.90 away. If this is the case, please select a standard shipping, because we will not reimburse any costs caused by express programs.
Please make sure that the return in your own interest is provided with tracking. If the package is sent without tracking, we assume no liability if you lose.
In the case of justified returns, which originate Outside the European Union Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse the transport costs.
How do you send the shoes back from Austria, Switzerland and other countries?
Unfortunately, we cannot cover the costs of a return from other countries. Please contact your return a copy of the order confirmation or invoice and indicate whether you want an exchange or reimbursement and declare the package as "back goods".

How do I get my money reimbursed?
As soon as the return has been received and checked, we will refund your amount. Depending on the payment method, you will receive:
In advance, direct debit and Sofortüberweisung a credit on your bank account
When paying by PayPal, a credit on your PayPal account. You can set yourself at PayPal whether the amount will stop in your PayPal account for another purchase or flows back to your bank account. We have no influence on this.
The reimbursement takes place within a few days after receipt of the return.
