Since we are 100% convinced of the quality and design of our products, despite individual production on demand, we are happy to offer a 30-day exchange and return policy. This gives you the peace of mind that, if you really are not happy with your ZAQQ barefoot shoes, you can easily send them back to us. 

Please send your ZAQQ`s back in their original packaging. However, you should note that we can only guarantee a refund or exchange if the shoes are in perfect condition.

All returns within Germany are free of charge. If you live outside Germany, we cannot refund the costs for the return postage and this must be at your expense unless the return is due to a mistake on our part and within countries of the European Union. If this is the case, please use standard delivery. We recommend shipping with tracking/liability. We do not refund costs incurred by express shipments or shipped without tracking in case of loss. 

For justified returns that are sent from outside the European Union, unfortunately, we cannot refund postage costs.

As soon as your ZAQQs have been received and checked, your refund will be processed. Please let us know your preferred payment method.

Alternatively, we will happily send you another ZAQQ model or you can receive your chosen model in a different colour.
